Our main product

Multi Rip Saws for Square Timber and Logs

Rip squared timber or round logs into several boards in one pass. Upper and lower saw shafts, variable-frequency feed and water cooling through the spindle. Every machine ships with saw blades and a set of spacers.

  • Square timber models: 2–15 cm (0.8–5.9 in) thick, 35–400 cm long
  • Log models: 6–40 cm (2.4–15.7 in) diameter, 65–400 cm long
  • Main motors: 15 + 15 kW up to 45 + 45 kW
  • Blades included: 20 for square timber, 16 for logs

Ideal for: Pallet makers, sawmills and timber yards cutting boards, slats and pallet stock.

Log push saw with twin circular blades

Log Push Saw (Twin-Blade Circular Sawmill)

Two circular blades make two cuts in one pass as the carriage runs along the track. A simple machine that is easy to run and maintain, for small mills and on-site work.

  • Max log diameter: 30, 40 or 50 cm (12, 16 or 20 in)
  • Log length: 1–5 m (3.3–16.4 ft)
  • Motors: 7.5 + 7.5 kW up to 11 + 11 kW
  • Saw blades: 405, 500 or 600 mm

The saw head runs on a track over the log and cuts boards with a 1.05 mm band blade. Electric drive; diesel sawmills are also available for sites without power.

What is your minimum order and lead time?

One machine. The minimum order is flexible and trial orders are welcome. Standard models usually ship in 7 to 15 days.

How does working with you work, and who will I talk to?

Fill in the form with the machine you need, your log size and your nearest port. Our sales team replies with a suggested model and a quote to your port, and sends a working video if you ask for one.

How is my payment protected?

You can order through Alibaba Trade Assurance, which protects your payment if the order is not delivered as agreed. T/T is also accepted.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Every machine has a 12-month warranty with online troubleshooting, installation guidance and spare parts support. The manual, wiring diagram and spare parts list come with the machine.

What comes with the machine?

Multi rip saws ship with saw blades and a set of spacers: 20 blades for square timber models and 16 for log models. Every machine comes with the manual, wiring diagram and spare parts list. We can also supply a blade sharpener.
