This policy explains how Hebei Zanglang Metal Tools Co., Ltd. ("ZANGLANG", "we", "us") collects and uses the information you give us through this website. We use it only to answer your inquiry and serve your request.

2. What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address and, if you give them, your company name, phone or WhatsApp number, the buyer type you select and the details you write in your message, such as the machine you need, log size, wood type and your nearest port.
The form also records the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (such as advertising campaign parameters and click IDs in the page address), your browser language, your timezone and how long the form took to fill in. We use these to see which pages and ads bring inquiries and to filter spam.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to run and protect the site.

We process inquiry data to take steps you ask for before a contract, and on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and protecting the site against spam.

This site does not currently use analytics, advertising or session-recording cookies. Your browser stores the campaign parameters described in section 2, the website that referred you and a count of your visits in its own local storage, so they can be sent with your inquiry. Nothing is sent until you submit the form. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the site and answer you, such as our website host and email delivery provider. These providers may process data outside your country, including in China.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data for as long as we need it to serve your request and for our business and legal records. After that we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. Write to service@tudatools.com and we will reply within the time the law requires.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
